Served as the project management lead on the total overhaul of the purchase.edu website. Management of the 14-month project included:

• Representing the college as liaison with vendor.
• Maintaining project schedule and managing weekly team meetings.
• Keeping college entities on track with deliverables.
• Coordinating vendor site visits and managing multiple-day fact-finding, presentation, and training sessions.
• Gathering and generating content.
• Serving as content manager and CMS trainer until new hire onboarded.
